There is a possibility that the retaining ring on the trigger assembly of the airbag can inadvertently be removed or become dislodged in the process of the user connecting the trigger assembly to the compressed air cylinder. If this happens, the airbag may not deploy properly when the trigger is pulled in an avalanche scenario. The product does not comply with the Personal Protective Equipment Directive.
