The torch can be disassembled by hand without tools giving access to live parts at mains voltage whilst the torch is being charged. The insulating materials of the torch are are not sufficiently resistant to heat. The product does not comply with the requirements of the Low Voltage Directive and the relevant European standard EN 60598.
