The product poses a chemical risk because it contains 38.4% bis (2-ethylhexyl) phthalate (DEHP) in the head of the doll; 21.7% and 4.9% diisononyl phthalate (DINP) in the arms of the doll; 4.0% bis (2-ethylhexyl) phthalate (DEHP) and 19.2% diisononyl phthalate ( DINP) in the legs of the doll; 18.7% diisononyl phthalate ( DINP), 7.6% bis (2-ethylhexyl) phthalate (DEHP) and 2.1% diisononyl phthalate ( DINP) in the shoes of the doll. According to the REACH Regulation the phthalates DEHP, DBP and BBP are prohibited in all toys and childcare articles, while phthalates DINP, DIDP and DNOP are prohibited in toys or childcare articles that can be placed in the mouth by children.
