Axe · 3M Extension lead
The extension lead socket has no shutters and allows direct access to live parts. The supply cord is not adequately secured and has no earth connection. The neutral conductor within the plug is not properly secured to the pin terminal which can cause overheating. The product does not comply with the requirements of the Low Voltage Directive and the relevant national standard BS1363.
