The product poses a risk of choking because small parts may be detached from the frame by a child when playing, put into its mouth and swallowed. Furthermore, the balls, with small rattling elements, may easily break giving access to small plastic parts that could be put in the mouth by children and block the air supply. The product does not comply with the Toy Safety Directive and with the relevant European standard EN71-1.
