EU Safety Gate · Report-2016-051
A-Safety · Child safety gate
The gaps between the bars are too large. A crawling child could try to pass his legs or torso between the bars, leaving the head blocked, which could cause respiratory difficulties or strangulation. In addition, the safety gate is not sufficiently high: a child can climb over it and fall. The product does not comply with the relevant European standard EN 1930.
