The product poses a chemical risk due to the presence of Iodopropynyl butylcarbamate (IPBC), which is banned in products intended for children under 3 years of age. IPBC may penetrate the skin of the infant and may have an adverse effect on the function of thyroid gland. The product does not comply with the requirements of the Cosmetics Regulation.
