EU Safety Gate · Report-2014-045
CITROEN · C-Crosser
In all vehicles, silicone grease may have contaminated the brake lamp switch contacts; this can prevent the stop lamps operating when the footbrake is applied. In vehicles produced between 01/11/2007 to 29/05/2009, the defective material of the accessory drive belt could damage the pulleys, which may result in faulty warning lamp illumination, battery depletion, loss of power steering and engine overheating.
