The product poses a risk of electric shock because the accessible basic insulated wires can be damaged and the lampholder contacts are not reliably secured. Therefore, the live wires may become accessible. The product poses a risk of fire because: - the dimensions of the wires are less than required and therefore the wires could overheat, - the lamps in the lampholders may be easily rotated, and- the heat and flame resistance of the plastic of lampholders is not sufficient. The product does not comply with the requirements of the Low Voltage Directive and the relevant European standard EN 60598.
