The bolted connection of the worm gear (6 nuts) may be defective which can cause the worm gear to disconnect from the drive shaft. This could lead to the lift cabin moving uncontrollably, increasing the risk of an accident. The product does not comply with the requirements of the Product Safety Act in conjunction with the 12th Product Safety Ordinance.
