The pins of the plug are too thin and long and do not have insulating collars. When connecting/ disconnecting the torch to the mains, the user could touch live parts and receive an electric shock. The plastic material of the casing is combustible. Due to the absence of insulating collars in the pins, the torch could overheat while plugged to the mains and catch fire. The product does not comply with the requirements of the Low Voltage Directive and the relevant European standard EN 60598.
