EU Safety Gate · Report-2019-049
Unknown · Desert Eagle
The foam projectiles can break easily, creating small parts with suction cups. The kinetic energy of the projectiles fired from the toy gun is too high and can lead to eye injuries. A child playing with the toy may put the projectile in the mouth in order to wet it before shooting. If it breaks, the suction cup could obstruct the airways. The product does not comply with the requirements of the Toy Safety Directive and the relevant European standard EN 71-1.
