The battery compartment is easily accessible and the button batteries could be swallowed. A child might put them in the mouth and swallow them, causing damage to the gastrointestinal tract. The laser beam in the tank's turret is too powerful. Direct viewing of the laser beam could cause damage to sight. The product does not comply with the requirements of the Toy Safety Directive and the relevant European standard EN 62115.
