Due to its characteristic form, colour, appearance, volume and size, it is likely that consumers will confuse the product with foodstuff and in consequence place it in the mouth. The cherry can easily detach from its stem. A small child could choke on the loose cherry. The product does not comply with the requirements of the Food Imitating Products Directive.
