The insulation between the accessible primary and secondary circuits is not suitable for foreseeable conditions. The insulation distance between the primary and secondary circuits is not sufficient. The primary circuit conductors are simply soldered in place. The product does not comply with the Low Voltage Directive and the relevant European standard EN 60950.
