The effectiveness and closure of the restraint system are inadequate. The child could consequently fall out of the seat when the cyclist brakes sharply or the closure might open accidentally or by the child and the child could fall. There are gaps and openings accessible. A small child may put the fingers inside and become trapped. The product does not comply with the relevant European standard EN 14344.
