EU Safety Gate · Report-2026-42
Peugeot · 3008 V3, 5008 V3
Some vehicles have been registered with class A+ tyres, while the tyres actually fitted are class B. Therefore, the CO₂ emissions declared in the certificate of conformity, which are related to the tyre class, are incorrect. The tyre class has an impact on rolling resistance and therefore affects CO₂ emissions. Class B tyres generally have a higher rolling resistance than class A+ tyres. The product does not comply with the Regulation on the approval and market surveillance of motor vehicles and their trailers, and of systems, components and separate technical units intended for such vehicles.
