The solders in the flashlight have an excessive concentration of lead (measured value up to 76.6% by weight). In addition, the survival tool case contains excessive levels of bis(2-ethylhexyl) phthalate (DEHP) (measured value up to 9.87% by weight). Lead poses a risk to the environment. DEHP poses a risk to human health and the environment. The product does not comply with the requirements of the Directive on the restriction of the use of certain hazardous substances in electrical and electronic equipment (RoHS 2 Directive).
