The calibration of the accelerator pedal does not work as expected. When the gear is selected and the brake pedal or the parking brake are released, the vehicle can accelerate even without the accelerator pedal being pressed. This may increase the risk of an accident and injuries. The product does not comply with the Regulation on the approval and market surveillance of motor vehicles and their trailers, and of systems, components and separate technical units intended for such vehicles.
