This product can be used for consumption of nicotine-containing liquid. As the refill opening of the electronic cigarettes can be easily opened and the refill opening does not have a mechanism to ensure refilling without leakage, the user or children could have direct contact with the nicotine. Nicotine is acutely toxic and can endanger the user’s safety, notably if the product comes into contact with the skin or is ingested. The product does not comply with the requirements of the Tobacco Products Directive.
