The product has an excessive concentration of antimony, arsenic, selenium, barium, cobalt and zirconium (measured value up to 0.10 mg/kg, 0.75 mg/kg. 1.05 mg/kg, 25.9 mg/kg, 0.12 mg/kg and 7.16 mg/kg, respectively). Antimony can irritate the skin. Arsenic may cause cancer, may damage fertility or the unborn child, causes damage to organs through prolonged or repeated exposure. Selenium may harm the reproductive system, may harm the health of the unborn child and may cause skin sensitisation. Barium can be easily absorbed and has toxic effects on the body impairing muscle, heart and kidney activity, leading to arrythmia, paralysis or gastrointestinal alterations. Cobalt is a skin and respiratory sensitiser and may cause cancer. Zirconium is mutagenic, can easily reach the brain and placenta, increasing the risk of cancer. The product does not comply with the REACH Regulation nor with the Cosmetic Products Regulation.
