The chainsaw adaptor allows the angle grinder to be used as a hand-held circular saw without the appropriate protections and protective devices. As a consequence, this could cause kickback or loss of control over the tool, resulting in serious cuts. An angle grinder is not designed to be adapted for use as a chainsaw. The product does not comply with the requirements of the Machinery Directive.
