EU Safety Gate · Report-2025-15
Mercedes-Benz · G-Class
The inside of the transmission housing of the AMG SPEEDSHIFT automatic transmission may not meet specifications. In this case, a foreign object could become loose within the transmission and cause damage to internal components. As a result, the vehicle could lose propulsion and it may not be possible to completely rule out the wheels locking up. This would increase the risk of an accident. The product does not comply with the Regulation on the approval and market surveillance of motor vehicles and their trailers, and of systems, components and separate technical units intended for such vehicles.
