The incorrect calibration of the power steering control module (PSCM) could lead the steering wheel to oscillate without warning (alternating clockwise/counterclockwise) during steering due to the electric power-assisted steering (EPAS) providing unintended steering assist. This unintended steering assist could lead to loss of vehicle control while driving, increasing the risk of accidents and injuries. The product does not comply with the Regulation on the approval and market surveillance of motor vehicles and their trailers, and of systems, components and separate technical units intended for such vehicles.
