The charger housing can deform and leave access to live parts. The user may receive an electric shock. Moreover, the electronic switch is inadequate because of application of a transistor as a semiconductor element, which does not provide sufficient mechanical opening for the power supply circuit. In case of a short circuit, the shears can start suddenly and unexpectedly, increasing the risk of injuries. The product does not comply with the requirements of the Low Voltage Directive nor with the European standards EN 60335-1 and EN 50636-2-94.
