The balloons release an excessive amount of nitrosatable substances and nitrosamines (measured values up to: 4.28 mg/kg and 0.266 mg/kg, respectively). Nitrosamines can cause cancer if swallowed or through skin contact. A child could be exposed to them if they touch the product or put it in their mouth. The product does not comply with the requirements of the Toy Safety Directive.
