The fireworks may burst or release burning material outside the safety distance of 8 m or below a height of 3 m, which may result in the user being hit by the pyrotechnical effects and matter from the product. This can lead to injuries, burns and damage to sight. Moreover, the fireworks may burst or release burning material over an extended period of time after functioning. The user may bring the product inside and it may release burning material in the building. Consequently, this poses a risk of asphyxiation. The product does not comply with the requirements of the Pyrotechnics Directive nor with the European standard EN 15947-5.
