The clearance and creepage distances between the primary and secondary circuits are inadequate. The design requirements relating to earthing connections are not met, since only a solder joint has been fitted. Consequently, the user can receive an electric shock from touching accessible live parts. The product does not comply with the requirements of the Low Voltage Directive nor with the European standard EN 62368-1.
