The internal mechanism of the forward/reverse control switch experiences premature wear and tear. This may cause involuntary deceleration and stopping of the vehicle. If the accelerator pedal is kept depressed, the vehicle may unexpectedly move backwards, causing injuries. The product does not comply with the Regulation on the approval and market surveillance of motor vehicles and their trailers, and of systems, components and separate technical units intended for such vehicles.
