The lower fixing on the accessory raised air intake and the body A-pillar on which it is mounted may not fit correctly. This can result in inadequate attachment force between the raised air intake and the vehicle. The air intake can become detached from the vehicle and fall into the road. This creates a risk of accident for the following traffic. The product does not comply with the Regulation on the approval and market surveillance of motor vehicles and their trailers, and of systems, components and separate technical units intended for such vehicles.
