The pin locks on the rear spoiler’s hydraulic line may not have been fitted as required. This can lead hydraulic fluid to leak and come into contact with hot components of the exhaust system, increasing the risk of the vehicle catching fire. The product does not comply with the Regulation on the approval and market surveillance of motor vehicles and their trailers, and of systems, components and separate technical units intended for such vehicles.
