A calibration error in the Engine Electronic Control Unit (ECU) software may prevent the Malfunction Indicator Lamp (MIL) from activating when the Selective Catalytic Reduction (SCR) system and/or Diesel Particulate Filter (DPF) fails, risking undetected faults and resulting in emissions above the regulatory limits. The product does not comply with the Regulation on the approval and market surveillance of motor vehicles and their trailers, and of systems, components and separate technical units intended for such vehicles.
