The motorcycle, its battery charger, cable and plug have not been manufactured to the required standards. The adaptor was assessed as unsafe as this also did not have the facility for a fuse. If the product was left plugged in overnight, the battery could overheat and explode, causing a fire. The product does not comply with the Regulation on the approval and market surveillance of two- or three-wheel vehicles and quadricycles.
