The machine lid and inspection hatch are not interlocked and can easily be opened while the drum is rotating. The finger/hand of the user can therefore be crushed or entrapped between the rotating drum and grinding wheel or other stationary parts. The product does not comply with the requirements of the Machinery Directive

Stone melanger grinding machine with a speed controller. It consists of an electrically powered rotating drum which moves against a stationary grinding wheel and is used for chocolate, cocoa, nut butter processing, and other grinding needs.
