The product is not stable and may shoot in an unintended direction, posing a risk of burns or injuries to the user or bystanders. In addition, the fuse delay is excessively long, which may lead users to approach the firework too early while it is still active, increasing the risk of being struck by pyrotechnic effects. The firework may also burst or eject burning material outside the designated safety distance of 8 m or below a height of 3 m, potentially hitting and injuring users. Furthermore, the article does not extinguish within 120 seconds after functioning, which could cause surrounding objects to catch fire. The product does not comply with the requirements of the Pyrotechnics Directive nor with the European standard EN 15947.
