The tailgate lifting arms may separate when opening or closing the tailgate. The spring inside the arms can rapidly release from the mechanism and the tailgate could fall freely, which can lead to injury. The product does not comply with the Regulation on the approval and market surveillance of motor vehicles and their trailers, and of systems, components and separate technical units intended for such vehicles.
