The fireworks may burst or release burning material outside the safety distance of 8 m or below a height of 3 m, which may result in the user being hit by the pyrotechnical effects and matter from the product. This can lead to injuries, fire and burns. Moreover, the article has also fuses that do not ignite. This may cause the user to walk to the article too early with the danger that fireworks could hit the user, causing injuries and/or burns. The product does not comply with the requirements of the Pyrotechnics Directive nor with the European standard EN 15947.
