EU Safety Gate · Report-2025-48
Morbidelli · T125, T125X
Welds on the frame may have insufficient resistance. High loads generated while driving on irregular road surfaces or over potholes could cause cracks in the welds. This could cause the welded area to break without warning, the lower cradle to detach from the steering head and the frame collapsing, leading to injuries. The product does not comply with the Regulation on the approval and market surveillance of two- or three-wheel vehicles and quadricycles.
