The product has an excessive volume of nicotine-containing liquid and an excessive concentration of nicotine (measured value up to 30 mg/ml). This could lead to the accidental consumption of a high dose of nicotine. Nicotine is acutely toxic and can endanger the user’s safety, notably if the product comes into contact with the skin or is ingested. As a consequence, consumers cannot make informed decisions regarding the safe use of the product. The product does not comply with the requirements of the Tobacco Products Directive.
