A crack in the floating-fixed bearing of the battery console can cause the battery pack to detach from the frame, leading to a loss of power. The battery pack could fall onto the road, leading to an accident. The product does not comply with the Regulation on the approval and market surveillance of motor vehicles and their trailers, and of systems, components and separate technical units intended for such vehicles.
