The scooter is insufficiently stable. A small child may fall and get injured. Moreover, it has insufficient dynamic strength. The stirring tube may break and have sharp edges. A small child using the toy may receive cuts. Additionally, the scooter’s steering tube may collapse, which may cause the small child using the scooter to fall and sustain an injury. The product does not comply with the requirements of the Toy Safety Directive nor with the European standard EN 71-1.
