The fireworks may burst or eject burning material outside the designated safety distance of 8 m or below a height of 3 m, causing injuries and/or burns and/or a fire to the user or bystanders. Additionally, the fireworks may burst or release burning material over an extended period of time after functioning. Moreover, the user may decide to reignite parts of the product, which poses a risk of burns and/or injuries. The product does not comply with the requirements of the Pyrotechnics Directive nor with the European standard EN 15947
