The seatbelt pre-tensioner of the front seats does not comply with the technical specifications. Although the seatbelt tightens in a crash that triggers its deployment, it cannot reliably maintain this tightness, thus reducing its protective effect and increasing the risk of injury. The product does not comply with the Regulation on the approval and market surveillance of motor vehicles and their trailers, and of systems, components and separate technical units intended for such vehicles.
