The toy has small removable parts (all foam sections except the central circle). A small child may put them in the mouth and choke. Moreover, the toy has an excessive concentration of chloromethylisothiazolinone (CMIT) and methylisothiazolinone (MIT) (measured values up to 4.5 mg/kg and 5.2 mg/kg respectively). These chemicals are allergenic and can cause severe skin burns and eye damage. The product does not comply with the requirements of the Toy Safety Directive nor with the European standard EN 71-1.
